Problem: In the context of urbanization, we experience more spatial constraints. New York City Renters Statistics shows that over 280,000 are living in studios (one-room apartments) in NYC. When we perform a variety of activities in a single room, the light temperature needs to change according to the activity.

Solution: We can code LED lights to change color to create a warm to cool environment. LED lights are simple technology. The question is- How can the user interact with this object? Rather than interacting with the light through a screen or a switch, can we build a tactile connection between the user and the technology?
